Poutine: Fresh cut french fries smothered in Hazel Dell mushroom and Kidd Lager gravy and topped with Rocking W cheese curds. $8

Brew Bites Trio: Beer bread pockets filled with ground lamb and sauerkraut, Italian sausage and Dubliner cheddar, and spinach and goat cheese. $9

Bacon Wrapped Pretzels: Soft pretzels, applewood smoked bacon with house-made beer cheese soup and Red Banshee mustard. $6

Chips and Dip: House-sliced purple potato chips and onion dip. $4

Beer Battered Onion Straws: Rocky Mountain IPA battered onion straws with blue cheese dipping sauce. $5

Duck Wings: Colorado raised duck wings fried and tossed in today’s sauce selection. $9

Speakeasy: Smoked turkey, applewood bacon, arugula, tomato, onion, dill Havarti, and honey mustard on toasted croissant. $10

Cubano: Shaved ham, slow roasted pork loin, salami, swiss cheese, house-made pickles, and spicy mustard on pressed ciabatta. $11

Tread Lightly: Grilled chicken breast, applewood bacon, sliced avocado, and blue cheese dressing on a baguette. $12

Where the Buffalo Roam: Colorado grass-fed buffalo, American cheese, grilled peppadews and shallots on a hoagie. $13

High on the Hog: Colorado pork belly braised in Z Lager with arugula, peach mustarda, shallot straws on a sweet bun. $12

H.C. Burger: Choice of Colorado grass-fed lamb, beef or black bean patty on brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. $10

Gravity House Salad: Arugula, toasted pepitas, and lemon camembert cheese croquettes tossed in candied lemon vinaigrette. $7

Roasted Beet: Chiogga, golden and detroit beets, gorgonzola, and candied walnuts atop mixed greens in red wine vinaigrette. $8

Caesar: Crisp romaine, shaved parmesan and brioche croutons with Caesar dressing. $8

Fish Fry: Rocky Mountain IPA battered seasonal fish, fries and Chocolate Stout rye bread. $12

Reuben Mac and Cheese: Cavatappi, pastrami, sauerkraut, gruyere and cheddar cheese sauce with Rye bread crumbs. $14
