At Gravity 1020 we believe that if we can do something better – we should!

French fries are usually tasty but less-than-exciting as a side dish and we wanted to change that. Our french fries are hand cut daily and we cook them fresh to order. We do not use – or even have – heat lamps in our kitchen, so the fries go from the fryer straight to your table as ordered.

What goes best with french fries? Most people say ketchup (or catsup depending on where you’re from)!

This is where most french fries go terribly, terribly wrong.

All our dressings, all our sauces – everything except for mayo – it’s all made in house. Especially our Ketchup.

We make our ketchup from scratch with tomatoes, vegetables and our Haus Brew cream ale. No more sugary stuff that tastes nothing like a tomato – our ketchup stands on its own and does a great job of making our fresh-made french fries (and anything else you’d care to put it on) even better.

Our Red Banshee mustard is also unique. We start with spicy whole-grain mustard, pour in some Red Banshee, and add a few secret ingredients that give a hint of spice.
Come on in – try it out, let us know what you think! Is it better than any other ketchup you’ve tried?
